About Us

The Rust are London's Premier Classic Hard Rock and Blues Covers Band.

Formed out of the ashes of the legendry "Shakestone" the band comprise:

Rachel - Vocals
Dave J. (aka "DJ") - Guitar
Al (aka "The Wedge") / Dave B. - Guitar (Dave currently long term cover for Al)
Dave H. - Bass
Kev (aka "Dizzy") - Drums

The band provide their own cranium crunching versions of all your favourite classic tunes from the likes of AC/DC, ZZ Top, Aerosmith, Bad Company, Free, Thin Lizzy, Stereophonics, David Bowie, The Who and many more.

They love amps that go up to 11, guitars that can decapitate sheep at 20 paces (not that they would dream of hurting sheep!) and drums that pound you into submission.

The Rust can regularly be caught spreading their brand of hard hitting aural pleasure around venues in London and the South of England.
